The company is actually charging more to include their fee than the original debt. And now they want me to go with a loan company.
This is not what I experienced when I went through something similar before. To me this feels very much like a scam.

As I opened the website, the registration process was well laid out. I found it easy to register although among the countries presented, my country, Uganda, was not on the list!
This was however rectified immediately I recorded Uganda's telephone code +256.
