They treat people like trash
There isn't any simphaty for the patients or the parents. They are super rude never say Hi, or smile at all.
It's all "You have your medical Insurance card? sign here, your co-pay is this.But that's not it. I was 15min late for my appt at 2:30PM and they didn't want to take my daughter, I needed to see a DR because she is going for surgery in 2 days, they offer me to wait if I want to in case there was an opening and 1 of the nurses made another appt for me at 4:00 PM I say I'm going to wait. I was there all this time waiting with my 18 mo old baby.
it was 4:00 and they still didn't want to take me this time the receptionist says "No your appt is for 4:15pm we can't see you yet. They don't care, most of the people in the practice are completely careless.I had to pick up my kids at 4:15 from school, I told them I was gonna pick them up and I was coming back afterwards the *** nurse says if you come after 4:30 we can't see you anymore. I was what? I've been her for 1 !/2 hr and you're telling me this?
she goes: or you can re-scheduled for tomorrow if you want. They don't care what you're going through they might think I have my time available for them or something. Isn't true that in most pediatric offices you're allowed to at least be late once, it was only 15 min. gOsh!
Moreover, I got tired of the DR's from that office , 1 of them don't like children to make noise..."Hello" she shou;dn't be a pediatrician really. Most of the Dr's there always says " your daughter looks good she is fine, and next day I had to go because she had an ear infection. My friends always told me to switch peditrician I finally did it!
To get all my kids paperwork to transfer somewhere else I have to paid.
So I have to paid because I want to switch somewhere else due to their unprofesionalism, and I have to paid them on top of that?
you have to be kidding me. Never go there please people I'm warning you from my own experience.

Agreed, you were late they rescheduled to another appointment time (4:00), and then you tell them you need to leave at 4:15. What did you expect.
Most medical appt's have a ten minute lee way then you are cancelled. If you were going to be late, you should have called first. Rude works in both directions.
It is also common practice to bill for copy of records as they have to take time to produce a copy of the whole chart.
YOU were late, therefore YOU not only inconvenienced the people who actually showed up on time, you inconvenienced the staff. MOST clinics will cancel your appt if you are late and still make you pay. Stop whining about your own irresponsibility.
