I purchased a Fender a month ago and they still giving me the runaround have not sent out item they said they would check into it when I contacted them and contact me back but have not I tried to call their phone number left several messages and they refuse to call me back very bad customer service

To day is Dec. 9/14. Have not gotten an email or a phone call. This is nothing short of a scam.

This is the situation I am in,

I am a single mom trying to raise my two years old daughter. I provide for my family with income I get by driving uber. I was hopeful that I'll make a decent income during the Halloween and thanks giving since that's when it's the busiest. Unfortunately, some one hit my front bumper while I had parked the car along side a curb and left the seen with out even leaving a note to contact them.

Which left me to have to use my savings to fix the car since I couldn't drive uber with the condition the car is in. I earn any were between $450-$800 a week driving über and I have been out of job since Oct. 27, the same day I had place the order for the front bumper. I understand, as it was explained to me by your employee, it'll take 10-17 business days from order to delivering the part.

We are on Dec. 3 and I'm still waiting. I can't began to tell you how stressed I am not knowing when I'll start working again as my saving continues to decline and I'm only trying to cover my basic every day to day need for my daughter. I have called your company since the 15 days mark after I've placed the order.

90 % of the time no one picks up. The few times it was, I was told they'll get back to me and never did. For the past week, I've been calling almost every 20 min, during your business hours, no one answers at all. That's when I finally try to find who the manager is and contacted you vi LinkedIn, emailed you and pasted my email on yelp review under your business as well.

It's frustrating that there is no end in sight to this issue from your company. I'm not concerned about how my car looks I am worried about my daughter's next meal and especially now the holidays are here.

The only reason I came to get service from your company is because it was advertised, and still is, you could actually provide it. I am not sure when you encountered the issues you are having now.

If it was around the time I had placed the order I wish you let your customers now that. I would have decided to go else were.

I don't have any time to wait, any more than I already have patiently. I hope you understand and take this matter seriously.

I need a reasonable time frame, given I have been waiting for the last month and a week, to when you'll deliver the part to me. Since no one picks up your business phone # here is mine, xxx-xxx-1703.

I will look into this get you some sort of update. We have had some extremely unexpected issues that have caused some massive delays. All of this was out of our control, but now we are trying to get everything on track.

I will follow up as quickly as I can. There are some issues that are still not solved, but I am working to get everything taken care of.

Placed an order on Oct. 27/14.

Today is Dec. 9/14 still waiting to hear back from the owner/manager Adam when the company will deliver the part. This was my first email on Dec. 2/14

"I have ordered a front bumper for Honda Accord 2004 on Oct/27.

I was told by your company's associate that it will be 10-15 business days to process, since I ordered the front bumper to also be painted, and 2-4 days to ship, two and a half weeks a go. I have contacted your company since then in two suppurate occasions and was told "they" will contact their wear house vi email and call me back as soon as they hear back from the wear house regrading the status of my order. Even though 'they" could not guaranty the same day response I was assured I will hear back about the status up date the next day vi phone call and that was a week a go. I believe the person I spoke with is James.

I have called almost all day during your working hours trying to speak with some one but no one answers your business phone #, both 866-695-**** and 210-793-****. I have left several messages with no one to contact me back yet. I use the car for my work and I am not able to use it with the condition it is in. I have been out of job for a mount and counting and I yet have to hear from you where the part I have order a month a go and paid in full is.

The zip code associated with this order is 22314 and last name Arega. I need a response ASAP since your company has wasted two weeks of my work time by not delivering the part I ordered a month a go as your company promised. My phone number is in your file with the information I have provided above. Pleas resolve this issue ASAP.

At this point after waiting this long cancelling the order is not an option since I can't afford the time to start this process all over again by ordering it some where else.

I have been trying vary hard to find out when my part will be shipped.

I sent three emails to Carrie, left one voicemail on your company answering machine.

So far, nothing has happened yet.

When I called your company, I was constantly referred to your voicemail box. Called 6 times today.

I have ordered a bumber from onlinepartbin on October 18th pre painted to match my vehicle still have not received my bumber im very un happy with these guys.i want a partial refund and my bumber this is ridiculous I could have got a used one and painted it my family owes a business and I know good customer service this is not good customer service.its been a month and a half wheres my bumber u guys say shiped in 7-15 business days im very unhappy


My girlfriend and I ordered a bumper last month. And when we called customer service we were told that it would ship out on November 2 its November 24th and we have not received anything.No email with shipping specifics nor a bumper. We are not happy with this service I have tryed to call and i get no answer and I also sent a e-mail and nothing if I can get an answer back I will really appreciate it verry much.....

ThePartsBin Doesn't Deliver!!

Placed an order on 7.10.12 for a car mask. Funds handled through PayPal and received by ThePartsBin that day. On 7.17.12 checked their site to confirm tracking information for order. Received error message, contacted ThePartsBin and received this: Thank you for choosing We acknowledge your concern regarding the tracking information on Order Number We checked our records and it shows that Part Number C59MM43003, Covercraft Car Bra was processed. However, we still do not have the tracking information as of the moment. We have requested our Shipping Department to update all the tracking information and you will be notified via email once we have shipped the part. We would like to apologize for the delayed shipment of the item. Please let us know how we may further assist you. You can send us your email and we will reply as soon as possible. Never heard back regarding order status. Filed claim with PayPal and they sent them the same exact message three days later. Well it is now 7.25.12 and I have not received anything from them nor have they responded to PayPal. I have all but gave up on ever seeing the part that was ordered. Beware if you order from ThePartsBin!

Parts Bin and Parts Train are scandulous!!!

I purchased a few things for my car and decided to go with parts bin.I made an order and cancelled the order a few hours later.I found the same item on Discount auto parts and the price was half the price!! I called and tried to cancel the order with Parts Bin and told them the reason. They told me they were gonna refund me the money and they cant compete with the prices from Discount auto Parts! I looked on my account and they posted the money on my account and it was gonna clear in a couple days.The amount they refunded me was 16 dollars short,I explained this to them after ten tries being put on hols and disconnected from their line!!When i finally got in touch with them they said it was too late and they shipped the order. They waited until the money they refunded me cleared and they took the money back out of my account without my knowledge and said they never did. I looked on my account online and it said there was another purchase from them, SHADY!!I spoke with them and they said they didnt,lying obviously!! I then told my bank and signed an affidavit at my bank to recover the money. It is 10 days later with no part,no money returned and I had to deactivate my account because of them making purchases I never agreed upon! I will personally go to the extent of the law to make sure this company pays for their unprofessional scandulous ways!!To all those seeking parts for their cars at a good price dont go through the headaches and aggrivation I went through!!! Call discount Autobody Parts the are great and the prices are great too!! I am gonna go through the better buisiness bureau next!! Just some advice from a Pissed Consumer!!

Hi! I called them right after my purchase cause ive got charged 43% of shipping and it wasnt supposed to be that.

So i called them right after they told me to call monday. So to make sure i filled a return form + send an email to the customer service to tell them to cancel the order. I called today, the woman said she was going to check if it was still at the warehouse. I received an email 3 hours later telling me it has been shipped already.

They were telling me not refuse the item. I have to take it and send it back to them THEN they r going to refund me but i have to pay the fees. WTF. Its not my fault i did everything to make sure they were not going to ship that frigging item.

Now i saw multitude of comments make me more nervous about this.

If i refuse the package, im never gonna have my money back. I dont know what to do..

Parts Bin Auto Parts

I made an order with them for some parts, then I saw they were twice the price of the competitors and decided to cancel they gave me a hassle and said they were going to refund me. I recieved the money on my account and it wasnt the right amount, then then i called them and they said they would refund the difference, they never did. when the money finally cleared they took the money and shipped the order just to be spiteful and it is 10 days later and they never sent the part or refunded the money. I had to deactivate my bank account so they wouldnt charge my account again without my authorization. Parts train and Parts Bin are both affiliated companies!! I have my bank taking care of the rest, this way I wont get anymore aggrivated then I already did!! Dont be a victim of this joke and unprofessional place they call a company!!!

Sent the wrong parts from error on website

Order Number - 08 51952 PO Number 885**** I would at least ask what my options were. I first went to the website and chatted with "Harry". Harry doesn't have anything nice to say. He just states it's beyond the return policy time, so I ask good ole Harry if he has the correct trunk struts for my car. After waiting 10 minutes on a chat (no exageration, their chat has a time stamp every time someone replys) he comes back and says that, by their catalog, I ordered the correct part. Huh? Then why are the trunk struts for a hatchback and not a standard trunk? Harry finally told me to call their return number. I did and got an approval for a return, with shipping that I have to pay for, and a restocking fee! I'm having to pay for their mistake on their website stating the wrong product! Why didn't I come here first?!?!?!?! I would have never bought from them. I always check who I'm buying from, but I slipped this time. Harry on the chat was rude. I have the printout of the chat for proof. With them it's just "too bad" and go **** yourself. If you buy from them, you've been warned.
