You can always see a companies true culture when an issue arises with a customer and how they go about resolving the matter. My family and I travel thousands of miles to stay at one of the homes provided by this company.
When issues occurred with the property and our stay. They refused to help us. After further detailed research the company is known for moral and ethical issues through out the island by local businesses an other locals that have worked at the company.
They refused a refund and we had to leave the home and find another place to stay at additional expense. Save your vacation and use another home rental provider.
