AI Highlights
  • - The staffer was rude and asked us to leave before the next show.
  • - I was locked out and my elderly friend was escorted out.

Dear Manager of the Paris theatre,

I am writing to let you know a serious misbehavior of one of your employees and with the hope of a change. I came with a friend to see the new Pavarotti movie tonight June 19 7:15 pm show.

As the movie finished and I was leaving, I run into a couple, the husband being one of worlds's important painter who honored me with his friendship. We stopped to say hi each other briefly, and the woman who was working In the theatre (small built, dark curly hair with glasses), very rudely and impatiently came twice to make us to leave-mind you this was nowhere near the next show and we were on no ones way.

What was worse, my friend came with me (an elderly lady in her 80s) was using the bathroom. your employee first of all made me went to check, as I checked outside she locked me out of the theatre(how about that). Then she went down to bathroom practically chased out my friend and threw us out.

I told her "you do not need to lock the door" her response was "the door needs to be Locked" and gave us a sarcastic look. Mind you this is still far from the start of the next show.

This is just too ugly to not to take my time reporting to you.

I simply do not know why would she deserve to be working here or anywhere else. We come here often, and would appreciate if we would never be encountered with this kind of food unhappy, unkind, unprofessional people, and have such abnormally irritating and humiliating experience.
