Original review Jun 26, 2023
I called in a month ago wanting to get in sooner for my next appointment because I was in more pain on top of the pain I was already having that the medicine prescribed to me does not help! They said send in the record of the visit and i did and nothing happened!

I had to come in because you never get notified or get answers to your questions!I had to get the doctor to send in another script for Lrica cause my PC will not do it and I wanted the doctor to send in a script for the Sevella we talked about so, I could go off Lyrica because it had made me gain 50 lbs. and I did not tell her that on previous times I have been on it, it made me depressed. Furthermore, I get the impression this doctor does not want to bother with changing meds. Or preauthorizations.

Most of these places just want to inject these expensive meds. My friend told me her injections cost $5,000.00! I need a doctor familiar with Central Pain Syndrome! This place is inexperienced!

They don't help me or do not want to cause I was posed to have a visit, and it was turned into a phone visit at last minute and I got another appointment!

It has been over a month since my accident, and I am a current patient and been going here a year! This wrist condition has turned into a shoulder neck and back condition and the stress of not getting treated has turned into a chronic condition that is something they do not understand or know how to handle!
