Poor customer service

Preferred solution: I can’t even begin on how to resolve this matter. Terminate or demote the managers they are racism and very unprofessional clean the kitchen and avoid mops or towels being near the good

If you want to be charged for every little extra then this is the restaurant for you. Visited the 86th street restaurant in Indianapolis.
Service and food was good. Asked for a small bowl of hollandaise sauce for my eggs Benedict and was charged an extra $1.79. I thought this was extremely cheap on the restaurants part. The prices they charge they could afford a “small “ bowl of sauce.
Hostess/cashier was rude when I complained about the up charge. Too many good breakfast restaurants in the area to return to this one.
Saturday 12/16/17
- - The hostess at Fort Worth Hulen was coughing.
- - After about 10 minutes with two ahead, others after us were seated, and we left as loyal customers.
Went to the one off of Hulen in Fort Worth. First of all the lady that was the hostess was coughing and sneezing.
Second of all, we came in there were only 2 couples ahead of us, so as we were waiting for about 10 minutes, the lady that was coughing and sneezing, came over to us and put our name into her tablet. As we were still waiting, all of sudden a lot of people that came in after us were seated over and over. So, at that point we left.
We have been loyal customers for years, we were truly disappointed. Thanks, Anna Wells

Grapevine and Fort Worth Locations
- - Grapevine and Fort Worth locations reportedly have an incompetent manager, with long waits, vacant booths, idle staff, and Portland urged to step in.
My wife and I used to go to the Grapevine Texas location for the Original House of Pancakes, we quit going after being a loyal customer for many years because the Manager they have now is incompetent and has people waiting when they have empty booths and tables waiting.
Now , that Manager is at the new Fort Worth location and has brought his incompetence with him---so the Fort Worth location this weekend had people waiting for almost an hour and we counted at least 36 seats available and he had that many people waiting. People were looking around wondering why so many booths and tables were vacanr and so many people waiting----not only that but we saw at least 5 wait-staff standing aound chatting ---doing nothing! Now Fort Worth location is now the worst of all Original House of Pancakes locations!
Portland-----wake up---come down to Texas and clean up your sorry incompetent Management at these locations!

- - I wasn't seated, never given water, and my food instructions were ignored.

My name is Demetrius Cook. I just ate at your restaurant in Grapevine, Texas after my lab work. Was looking forward to enjoying breakfast after Dr. visit. My arrival was not pleasant, as I stood waiting to be seated. The manager continued to ring people out, go to the kitchen for coffees to go but never asked anyone to come seat me. Only after some additional gentlemen came in did someone arrive to sit me. I was never given water. My food instruction WERE ignored. The saving grace was a middle aged blond woman who refilled my coffee cup offered me a glass of water and basically did my servers job.
Unfortunately my business isnt wanted and I will oblige your franchise willingly. I dont have my receipt but its on my credit card. I will express my visit with others as i felt unwanted at your establishment.
Thanks for trying to ruin my morning but will not let this take my joy.

Went to the new one on Polaris parkway here in Columbus Oh. The girl at the door was extremely rude not only to me but my daughter n law as we arrived at separate times.
Then as we were leaving (after spending 80 bucks) for three of us she was rude in the manner she told us to exit the place. Will not be going back
