The Original Lincoln Logs - terrible service!
- - Beams delivered unfinished, bark and branches still on.
- - No discount after many calls; customer service was disappointing.
We ordered beams for our new addition and were told that they would be "finished" and ready to be put up by our contractor upon delivery. It would have been cheaper to cut the trees down in our backyard!
Literally, logs were delivered completely unfinished - covered in bark, branches. There was no discount given after multiple calls. I called several times and to get a call back was an effort!! I would never recommend doing business with The Original Lincoln Logs company.
The customer service was disgraceful.
Hopefully, this review will save some people from the terrible service we experienced.
