Verified Reviewer |Response to get daily paper
The response from The Oregonian told me to try opening the paper now and I am now able to open the daily paper
Subscribed to the newspaper, but never recieved a single copy
I called them 2-3 times, and they said they'd look into it, but nothing really happened. Lost two months' worth of subscription, and even after I canceled, they said it wouldn't take effect until the end of the month.
No refunds. It's such a waste of time and money.
No comics
Never never never never in all the years that Ive been reading the Oregonian has anyone had the stupid idea of putting the common comics in a sales brochure that I throw away in the recycle how stupid you used to put that sales brochure in the comics which was stupid But who would think to look in the sales brochure for sporting goods that a 75 year old man has no desire to look at stupid stupid stupid I had to call. Several numbers did not get any response. You cant even talk to anyone anymore, which is stupid stupid stupid , whoever decided to do that is also stupid stupid stupid

Verified Reviewer |Papers not delivered
Yesterday 1/29 got message that Sunday Oregonian would be delivered by noon. Paper never came, and no follow up reason why.
No response to my email as to why, or return phone call from Jesse Bell at 503. 692 ****. Also on Sunday Jan 1
no paper delivered with no explanation. When I call above number the majority of time recording says mailbox is full, try again later.
Very frustrating, and extremely poor customer service. I can read online, but my husband cannot.
We are not paying for papers we didnt receive, and amount will be taken off our bill.
Been customer for 35 years, and Journal before that.

Excellent delivery service
For well over 2 years I have had the paper delivered very early in the morning and always on the front porch rather than somewhere on the sidewalk. I really appreciate this. I believe the first name of the carrier is Carlos and hope that he gets the credit he deserves.
