I cannot for the life of me; get a Refund of Charges that were waged vs my Debit Card refunded to me by Owner!!
I needed a Notary Public in June 2023. I called the Opal Gr & they sent a Mobile Public to my Home.
He refused to Notarize my 1 Document & to this day WILL NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!
Nothing was Notarized & no Document was filled out.
The Owner, Ikeena C. Opkala refuses to give my Money back to me.
