Where do I even start!? Ok so these guys sell through Ebay. Pretty much any body panel for any car is what they sell, and after you order it you send them the paint code for your vehicle and they paint match it. Well that sounds like the perfect solution for a guy like me who has no front bumper on his car, and they only wanted $210.00 so I jumped right on it. They make a little garuntee on their listings for ebay that they send out your item within 10 days of recieving your payment and 2-9 days for the shipping provider to make it to your house. So I ordered this front bumper for my car on April 22nd and the payment for it cleared on April 24th. So with that being said and with the information they give to their customers my item SHOULD have been at my doorstep by at least May 13th.... Well a couple weeks go by and I have an Email from them saying their was a death in their family and being a family owned business it was going to take them a little longer to get everyones items shipped out due to the funeral. I was fine with that but it was around the time that my item should be leaving their warehouse so I called them to see if my item would be getting shipped out before the funeral and everything took place, and they told me that it should be shipped out by the beginning of the next week... Waited and waited, I was extremely patient and waited for two weeks thinking that they just didnt get my product out in time but I figured as soon as they got back from the funeral they would get my bumper to me Well I waited some more and heard nothing from them, tried calling them EVERYDAY multiple times and at all different times of the day but nobody ever answered, so i went onto their website (www.theonlinebodyshop.com) and contacted them through there saying that they needed to call me because i wanted my bumper. and i also opened up a case on Ebay because them not answering my calls after this much time had passed freaked me out a bit. Well they ended up calling me and said that they were getting a hold of all their customers to see if they wanted there money back or if they wanted to continue with their order. I told them that i wanted to continue with my order and closed the case on Ebay, so they told me that they would ship out my bumper by the end of that week or the beginning of the next week. They said this on June 2nd, so in theory my part should have been shipped out either Friday June 4th or Monday June 7th. I ended up leaving them a negative rating on the feedback I gave them on Ebay because it had been nearly 50 days since they received my payment and I still hadn't recieved a tracking number for it. So basically they could have filled my order 5 times if they were really shipping things out as fast as they said they were. The Feedback was left on June 10th. I emailed them through the company website again on June 10th as well to see if they would call me and give me the tracking number, but they never called. I ended up emailing them AGAIN on June 16th. This time i let them know i was mad so they called me that same day. Guess what they told me....They said that since I left them a negative feedback rating they cancelled my order and refunded my credit card. WHAT!? I waited 50 days for NOTHING?!? I was pretty mad so I told the guy he was an idiot....so then he called me a *** sucker, told me to go *** myself, and hung up on me....WOW. and to top it all off I called the bank and the money isnt even on the credit card! Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys. I even left some stuff out of this because Im not sure where it fits in to the story, thats how many times Ive had to email them and get them to call me just to hear them spill out some b.s. and make me wait around more and more for something that wasnt coming.... there was a time they called me and said that the death in the family made his wife go into early labor but that my bumper was finished and would be shipped out on monday....but it never came, then the next time i had them call me they said that they were gonna heat treat my bumper or something to make the paint harden then they would ship it out....so basically one week it was finished then the next week it wasnt. these guys are full of it.....
