Again, pretty sure I was emailing an AI bot (waaay too friendly to be humanoid) and they say they'll send another issue, but that hasn't happened, but it's only been a week and they use class C postage. Either way, The Onion is awesome and hilarious, and everyone should give them all their money even if they suck sometimes.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They have a very slow customer service department. They finally contacted me and sent me the back issues.
This company has first not delivered its product after I paid for a year's subscription. Second, it has not answered emails to customer service.
Third, it provides no account number to customers. Fourth, googling provides no customer service satisfaction.
No phone numbers exist for me to call. The Onion Store has another email that does not work.
