Resolved: Compromise isn't really great customer service
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Refunded 3 credits, out of 7.
Don't sign up for a renewing membership with The Now Massage....just buy one when you are able to schedule it and use it. The terms on the agreement are for their protection, not yours.
I have a special needs child and several other children. Getting to that location 7 times in 3 months was impossible. I didnt close that location and break the contract...they should have issued a full refund.
After filing this complaint they offered me a partial refund of 3 credits and extended my use by date for 3 more months on the remaining credits. I won't use them again or recommend them but at least they didnt completely deny culpability .
