- - No one has replied and phone numbers appear incorrect.
Trying to call novella shoes ordered 2pairs back in October 22.
Still havnt received my order after sending numerous emails no one bothers to get back to me .phone numbers are not correct..plz help

My order was shipped out to me on the 15th October so they said .
After sending multiple emails to novellaa I did not get one response.
It's now the 13th December and I still haven't received my order.
All I want now is my money back .
Very disappointing that some companies treat people like this .
If I do ever receive the order I will be returning them with a full refund..

Not happy with my experiences with The Novella Apartments New Haven
- - Displeased with onsite management at The Novella New Haven and RMS.
- - I will post photos to verify I am a real tenant and will update.
I have gone back and fourth with the onsite management at The Novella New Haven as well as the management company RMS Companies located in Stamford. Of course, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, I'm stating mine.
I'll include some pictures so anyone familiar with the situation knows I'm a real tenant. Also, I'll continue to update later with more info. Just wanted to publicly state my displeasure.
I'm making the best of the situation like always and will continue to act like a complete gentleman at all times. I mostly keep to myself in the building and don't use any of the amenities at all.
