TheNorthFace Renewed customer service does not exist in my experience. They claim to reply in 24hours or less but I've been waiting 5 days and nothing.

I bought a damaged item. The site says I have 3 days to report the damage with proof.

They claim they will reply within 24 hours or less and supply a return label. It's been 5 days and I've heard nothing.

If I just return the item and pay the cost of postage again (£5.45), they may say I sent a worn-out item and refuse the refund; who knows? They cannot be phoned in the UK, only in the USA and Canada by phone.

The sweater that I got was too small and it was also used a lot.

When I got my sweater in the mail, it was too small for me, but it was also used a lot. I thought it was just gonna be like a remade by the company or it was gonna be lightly used like a sweater that was returned, but it was used a lot so I returned it and Im still waiting on my refund.

Its been almost about two months since I ordered the hoodie. OK

I attempted to report a refund again on Klarna app but received the below message. How do I proceed?
Please see summary of events again below:
December 27th 2024
Placed order with North Face Renewed
I received the product and after trying it on and deciding what I will keep I prepped the remaining items for return.
I initially brought the return items to the North Face store in Annapolis MD.

The store associate inspected the items, brought them to the back room and then upon returning from the back room informed me that I have to mail back the merchandise.
I initiated the return online for 7 items from the order, packed all items neatly, printed the mail labels that North Face Renewed provided and dropped off the package to Fedex for return.
After a week of no response or refund I reached out to North Face Renewed to identify the status of my return. North Face Renewed informed me that returns can take up to two weeks to process from receive date for the warehouse to check.
I waited two additional weeks still with no reply so I reached out again.
The customer care representative asked for the return details. I provided all information including itemized return information with order totals. The return included 7 items totaling $440.96.
I waited an additional week and since I never heard back I reached out again to escalate to a supervisor.
I did not receive a supervisor response but received feedback that only one of the seven items on the return were received and processed for return.

This information was not provided to me until last week and was also adjusted on Klarna itself for only one item for a total of $50.88. They claim they never received any other items leaving me with $390.08 of outstanding returns.
I also contacted FedEx to identify whether somehow the merchandise was lost with them but fedex confirmed delivery and that North Face Renewed never informed them of missing items from the return. In addition they also never informed me as the customer despite having my return details online.
I escalated again to request a supervisor and was advised that only one item was received. Nothing else was received by their warehouse.

However, they never informed FedEx nor me of missing items.
I have also another order with them pending a return with same issue that was processed using my Amex credit card.

On that order I am also pending 3 out of 5 items that were never processed by North Face Renewed. Informing you since this is also included in my communication with them.

Renewed cancellation

I never received the products I ordered on Jan 21,2024 and confirmation email, no tracking but the money was taken out from my bank. That being said, I demand cancellation and full refund .

Update: FedEx claimed it was delivered but the picture they showed was not my house.
