They don't answer their phone or call back as advertised
I have called for over a week and left messages, but I have never received a call back, as the robotic message claims. I need to talk with someone about an improper charge for membership.

Resolved: Can not reach company for refund
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute.
I subscribed to the New York Sun newsletter and then unsubscribed. Sixty days later I was billed $120 for a longer subscription.
I have not been able to contact the company to cancel.
All phone numbers get no response. Yelp says other people have the same experience.
