The New Well is the Pits

I signed up as a member of the New Well, (Medford, Oregon branch) a nutritional guidance and exercise company. They have you sign a contract and take the money directly out of your bank account. They promised me a lot of bonuses when I signed on the dotted line, such as facials, massage, cellulite treatment, etc. You are supposed to weigh-in weekly, follow the diet plan, and use their exercise equipment. Well, a month or so into it, (where I found myself exercising by myself in a room to music, (boring) and their "relaxing massage" amounted to sitting in a vibrating "massage chair" in a dark room by myself with music playing...not a real massage!) I injured my shoulder, and requested they stop taking the $80/mo payments out of my account while I underwent physical therapy treatment. They refused, and said once I signed the contract they would need the monthly payments no matter what! They suggested I just weigh-in once a week and talk to someone and don't do the exercise. Well, for $80.00 a month, that is not worth it! So, I put the payments on hold at the bank, and stopped going. I went in and tried to explain my frustration to them but the nice staff said the owner would take no excuses for non-attendance. I was then taken to small claims court, and forced to pay almost $1,000 for all the time I had due on the contract, although I never went back. They were not losing any money - I was not there!!! All they care about is the money - they do not care about you at all!! Horrible experience!!!!Never sign up to go to "The New Well!"

The New Well is the New Horrible

These people will lie to you These people ONLY want your money They will make you feel bad about yourself The products are terrible The employees are great, but they are treated badly Do NOT give them your money! If you are wondering why the people trying to sell you on being skinny are actually fat cows themselves, maybe you should pay more attention to what logic is trying to say to you. I worked for this company and I can assure you that all this franchise cares about is Selling, Selling, Selling! Do not buy their cosmetics! No return policy and the employees don't even like it!.
