WARNING!!!!! THe NEW U.S. Window Factory. Must read!!!
The representative came to my home and was courteous and respectful. The windows seemed like decent quality. so I decided to place an order with them for a few thousands of dollars. After leaving a couple thousand deposit. The representative began talking disrespectful, yelling, name calling. etc. Totally inappropriate. Under NO circumstances will I support a company or organization that feel it is ok to yell at me and be disrespectful. That is a briech ot their contract they failed to provide professional and courteous services. They also refuse to provide a professional e-mail address of provide you with the managers contact info or owners info so I can make a complaint. To date I have not received an apology form the rude representative nor the refund I requested. I really regret doing business with THE NEW US WINDOW FACTORY. Especially in todays economy you would think that they will be greatful for the business and treat each customer with respect. There are a lot of competetors out there like Anderson windows, Pella windows, I personally found that Sears and Home Depot were extreemly professional and courteous. But The US window factory...Is disgusting to me. They acturially had the nerves as they were writing the contract/proposal to ask me to place their sign in my yard and to write a letter of reccomendation. Really!!!! Well as per our agreement this is one of the letters I am writing notifying people of what I think of your disrespectful customer service! To me good customer services is king. Because you will have to continue a relationship after the windows are installed because it is a lifetime warantee. Who wants to be bothered with unporfessional people yelling and calling degrading names just to scheduel an appointment???!!!!???!! Shame on The New US Window Factory for allowing their representative to yell at customers, and call them names after taking their money. I dont know if they are racist? sexist? mentally ill? off medication? has anger management? Or Unprofessional. So....As of now....I sent written corresspondnece notifying them of the complaint. No apologies was offered from the disrespectful worker. They refuse to take any accountability for the situation. No refund was offered. No windows installed. Basically I feel like they swindel a couple of thousands from me. I will continue to fight for my money back. I will warn others because noone should have to go through this ordeal. All of this could have been prevented if they only was able to scheduel an appointment without yelling and calling me names. whats soo hard about that.

The New U.S. Window Factory Inc.
I contacted The New U.S. Window Factory Inc located at 60 Renyolds Street Staten Island NY 10305 NYC Lic#131****. A representative named Mr. Orange came to my home to do a presentation. The quality of the window and his presentation seemed well. About a week later his supervisor named Mr. Gene O. came to my home to re-measure the window frames etc. At that time he scheduled a date to do the instillation for Novemeber 29th and 30th. Which was also the week of Hurricane Sandy. I am a very intelligent, reasonable, and patient person. I called The New U.S. Window Factory to find out their next available appointment. (Because they cancelled due to Hurricane Sandy) .A man who identified himself as Mr. Orange started yelling, talking very fast and saying words that did not make sense. Talking about the real world.....and rambling about stuff that had nothing to do with rescheduling the appointment. I then told the man who identified himself as Mr. Orange the days that I will be available to be home while they install the windows. The man who identified himself as Mr. Orange said in a nasty and sarcastic tone "I don't know why you have to be home for them to do the work" I said because I do not know your workers and will not leave people I don't know in my home while I am not there. Mr. Orange then became defensive as he explained that these are his friends that he worked with for over 10 years. Mr. Orange began yelling, and not making any sense. The man who identified himself as Mr. Orange called me names for wanting to be home where my possessions are while his "friends" were there. What!!???? Hummm...that sounds odd to me. I told him that I no longer want to do service with him because he demonstrates an unstable personality and I do not feel comfortable with him or his "friends" in my home. Also, when I asked for am e-mail. I told him that his personality is extremely difficult to deal with and it is best that we communicate in writing. He said "No". I told him that I want the e-mail to his manager so that I can notify his manager to place a formal complaint he yelled much louder. I hung up the phone. I refuse to take that type of verbal abuse from ANYONE. It will not be tolerated. Note: The contract does not provide an e-mail address Mr. Orange demonstrates professionalism, disrespect and an explosive personality. Yelling, name calling is UNPROFESSIONAL and verbal abuse. I will not be bullied. I will not be disrespected. The situation did not deserve the yelling and disrespect. All I wanted to know is the date of the rescheduled appointment so that I can provide my job with proper notice. And have the time off to accommodate them. A sane and professional worker would have calmly answered my question by providing a rescheduled date, or simply said I will call you back with an answer. I refuse to patronize any company or organization that is disrespectful to me. If The New U.S. Window Factory does not respect me as a customer I do not want to do business with them. I regret dealing with The New U.S. Window Factory Inc. I will advise everyone to find another window instillation company.
