Its photograph on the web site of Natural sapphire Company shined as if it's a jewelry from heaven . A piece of exquisivity ; a marvel ; perfect to make my engagement a memorable life time moment

The order was received; but just a day before my engagement; what I got was terrible piece of ***. Craftsmanship was worst then the imitation jewelry, stone looked like plastic marble

I returned it; got my refund back; but hey do you want to do this? Return the engagement ring after engagement?

I had a mouthful of abuses to owner of Natural Sapphire Company one Michael Arnstein who seems to be habituated to complaints and kept parroting that he will give the refund; I got the refund but lost the most memorable moment

I goggled for the The Natural sapphire Company complaints and here is what I found ; (below is the compilation by some another pissed off consumer)

Looks like these guys issue false Press releases and make videos for self-generated publicity

1) There are at least 700-800 complaints registered against Natural Sapphire company by aggrieved customers

2) Most of the recognized Color stone forums like pricescope.com have expelled The Natural Sapphire Company for its dodgy sales tactics

3) The Natural Sapphire company legally doesn't exist ?. It has no registration

4) Recently their fraudulent claim over the generic name "The Natural sapphire Company" is rejected by Trade Mark authority..

5) The Natural Sapphire Company Owner Michael Arnstein is carrying criminal charges on him

6) Buying from The Natural Sapphire Company through Credit card is extremely risky process as their CC process is not safe

7) The sapphires which they sale is almost 500% over priced then market rate (fake sapphires overpriced double whammy )

8) The Natural Sapphire Company is not a member of AGTA American Gem Stone Association

And to our shock we found the "concerned buyer is correct. The natural sapphire Company tricks its buyers into believing that its using secured payment gateways . The truth is it's a smoke screen. They simply push the form through secured socket that is https and receive a form mail. A simple mail with all Credit card info including CVV number

Further these are printed out and charge is made through offline mode.

No real time Credit card processing is done. Your credit card/debit card information is printed and filed in open

You can test it yourself by using a expired CC number or CC numbers which are available for test of the web. And it will show that it runs the charge

This is illegal and against the PCI e-commerce guideline

About 3 months back I ordered a Royal Replica Ring from The Natural Sapphire Ring . It cost me $2500 with a star sapphire studded in.

When I received the same I was petrified; It looked like a cheap $100 ring available in Hong Kong's imitation jewellery shops . I checked it out with 2 local jewellers who were very certain that it was a $200

Imitation stuff. And the so called "natural Star sapphire" was no more than a cheap treated coloured corundum

Furious; I made several contacts with The Natural Sapphire Company and had to deal with their very rude sales people. The natural Sapphire Company simply refused to take back the ring claiming it exceeded the 5 day evaluation period

As I was expecting baby ; My husband decided not to pursue the issue. But now as I see so many negative posts on the forum about The natural sapphire Company and its fraudulent ways I feel I should have filed a complaint with California department of consumer complaint

The natural sapphire Company should be shut down by law enforcement agencies and I have decided to move ahead with complaint filing
