Took my money and never sent product or contacted me
I ordered Dr. Hauschka Eye Cream from The Natural Element (www.the-natural-element.com) in April, 2012. I never received the product and never received a requested refund. Actually, I never heard from them again. I attempted to call them several times. I sent several emails. I contacted the Better Business Bureau as they run the BBB logo on their website. The BBB attempted to contact them several times and received no reply. The BBB also told me "The company has a history of unanswered complaints similar in nature to yours. They are violation of the use or our logo as well...". Dr. Hauschka informed me that this company is not an authorized seller of their products.
