Tried to contact Native Pet and was unable to

Tried to cancel subscription, by calling their customer support number and got this number instead.

Then I went on their website to sign on and they didnt have my sign on information on

So I tried to get signed on with a new password and I gave them my email address and never received a link to reset my password and I was charged for the product that I didnt want to begin with and I havent received it!
