Unprofessionalism
I made an appointment on Tues for a pedicure at 11:30 am when I got to the shop the man told me they couldnt take me despite me talking to the person who answered the phone said my appointment time was fine. I not only wasted my time but gas seeing that I live quite a distance from the area.
