Update... About 4 hours after I sent an email expressing my disgust to the company AND after leaving this posting, I received a call from the vendor (Sam - Samantha) stating "Oh I just wanted to call and say that your item WAS mailed" - she made it sound like it was put in the mail days ago. I then asked for the tracking number and she provided it to me but stated that it wasn't showing up at the moment but should be showing within 24-48 hours. Funny, when I checked the online tracking this morning it shows the post office received the item in the St. Louis, MO postal facility at 9:02pm on 12/5/16. I stand by my decision with this company...BUYER BEWARE! The ONLY reason they finally shipped the item is because of my email as well as this online forum.

Unethical online vendor

Buyer beware of this online vendor. I purchased Jimi Hendrix Guitar & Flag T-Shirt (622457) online on 11/29/16 because on their website it stated that the item would ship in 1 to 2 days and I thought it would make a nice Christmas gift. Not only was the charge actually pushed through on my credit card the same day, but they never shipped the item. I called on 12/2/16 and was assured that it would be mailed within the next day and that my credit card would not be charged again. When I didn’t receive a shipping confirmation by 12/5/16 I called and one person told me that it was a “specialty” item and that it needs to be made and would take an additional 5 days. Shortly after I hung up with that person another person returned my call on my cell phone (from a message that I had left earlier in the day) and stated that it was a specialty item that wouldn’t ship for another THREE weeks. I asked for them to CANCEL the order and credit my card and was told that they never charged my card – they charge when the item ships. Meanwhile “I” had to file an online dispute with my credit card company because they pushed the charge through and got their money from my MasterCard. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!
