THE HOTEL IS MORE INTERESTED IN MONEY THAN SERVICES
- Room size about 250 sq ft, not the 405 sq ft advertised.
- Tiny gym, no free coffee, lobby apple $3, early check-in $100, and I won't return.
I secured a reservation at the MUSE through mileage my wife and I have accumulated through various credit cards. I am normally not inclined to stay near Times Sq but the reviews of the hotel were good and i called to verify varies aspects like room size, amenities and services.
TO START OFF THE ROOM WAS NOWHERE NEAR THE 405 SQ FT IT WAS REPRESENTED TO BE. It was more like 250sqft. The gym was tiny with limited equipment and my ability to check in early was dismissed. We had travelled from Laquardia Airport after an overnite flight and were rained on extensively in the City.
Finally after asking several times I was allowed to check in an hour early for $100. Every move you make in this hotel is charged for. An apple in the lobby costs $3,there isn't any free coffee. IaAVOID, AAVOID, AAVOIDOIDAVf you want to have a coffee machine in your room and gym access ( extra $50 a day.

I am originally from NYC and know the City and am well aware of being taken advantage of.. I will never go back
