Had an agreement on a price put a deposit down and after the deposit they tried to rack up the price and bribed me money to take down a bad review. Never do business with these crooks go somewhere else.

Not impressed

1 month into purchasing this 2002 winebago 39Dl from these guys , The alternator is fried , the inverter has gone out , has major electrical shorts , the auto leveling system doesn’t work , the washer leaks , and the furnace has issues ,, and like everyone else , I can not get a response from anyone , I trusted and that was my bad , But like others , I’m not through with these clowns ,, They have zero ethics and will lie to anyone to make a sale , Steer clear people , there are way better options out there .

first thing, this company and rv depot, and ultimate rv are all in the same. they all are in the business of ripping people off. they are a BUY HERE PAYHERE DEALER. We went to the rv depot one weekend looking for a trailor that we needed for a move to west texas. there are 4 people that would be living in this trailor for 6 mnths. i kept an eye on their inventory and called whenever i saw one of interest. i spoke to the manager on a call and he said he had one for me at a grest price. he said that i would need to send a $ 500. deposit to hold a trailor. he said he would send me paper work once i sent the money. stupidly i put the $ 500.00 on my c.card. when i received pics he texted to me i immediatly alled to tell him that the trailor was too small. i never reached him couldnt get him on the phone. there were 3 other people that sent emails regarding other units but never him. a week later i received call telling me the trailor i did not want was ready for pick up. i again said it was too small and i did not want that unit. i went to the other place called ultimate rv and got a trailor. the motor coach refused to return my money saying they put thousands of dollars into the small trailor and so i would not receive y money. NO ONE UT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS INTO ANY TRAILOR. I couldnt even insure it for over 6000. because it was 11 yrs old. i am going through the federal trade agency and and the state attorney to get them to stop doing this to everyone. I will not let them keep my money and if you have trouble with these people contact the texas state attorneys office and they will direct you in filing on them. All of these companies are working together. buy from one and your paper work will have one of the others name on it. All illegal. Im sure that we can get them put out of business due to the fact that they dont know when to quit. the unanswered calls and No response from them tells it all. I have every text and recorded every call i received. they have wronged the wrong person

This letter was sent July 7th and with no response I decided to start here. I have called several times ( average 3 times a week since toilet went out) and left messages for you to call me and you have not returned any of my calls. I admit I should have read the paper work and not just took your word for it, but this is where we are at. The toilet went out and we got the part and got it replaced sent them the paperwork and they refused to cover it because it was not pre-approved. So when I called she told me it all has to be pre-approved when I tried to explain I did not realize this she said pre-approval only takes a few days and I asked her if she had the habit to use the restroom more frequently than every few days she hung up on me and denied claim. So we are out way more than the $100. But then the electric goes out I myself and the tech (that has a master certification) try to get pre-approval. They deny the claim because he does not work for a dealer. He has worked for Pharr Rv, and does warranty work for Good Sam Club, State Farm, Allied and works in a dealer ship up north during the summer. She said to take it to our closest dealer and I said there is not one and she very rudely said that there has to be a dealer within 40 miles( you know Big Spring) and me so take it there when I asked her if she had ever been to west Texas she hung up on me. So here are receipts for $1192.10 which should have cost only $200.00 and you said quote ( if they don’t pay send us receipts and we will take care of you) I asked you twice and you confirmed it. Also do you remember me asking you about the crinkled look to the ceiling in kitchen and your answer was it was because of age and heat, remember that well right after we got the coach home the light went out and nope not heat WATER yeap it all fell about and was still wet I would appreciate it when we call for you to return the call, I know you already have our money on the sale but I am sending this in a last attempt for you to make it right. Please contact us soon, I am enclosing copies of receipts.

Good to know we are in the market for a Motorhome and have taken the online advice pretty serious, scrupulous people

Good Sams Club extended warranty has worked well for us but the other company will not refund the cost of their warranty which has done us no good at all. Check out Good Sam's Club their warranty and insurance has been great and they cover full timers with insurance just like a home including personal property coverage. Just beware of dealers warranties.
