Worst customer service
Justin Felzer lied to my customer; telling her that he was a mortgage lender which he is not; he convinced her to wave $5000 from her escrow deposit by assuring her that he was a 100% sure he could give her a loan. She lost the money because he lied to her.
He is just a Mortgage Loan Originator working for a mortgage broker with the worst customer service on earth. He is not at all a mortgage lender.
Furthermore, he never did his job, always looking for someone to blame for his unprofessionalism; This guy is very disrespectful using a lot *** words and *** words; when asked any blunt questions, he becomes extremely upset. He is very unprofessional, unreliable and doesn't have a clue of what he is doing.

Mortgage Broker from Hell-Possible Addict
Don't ever use these guys. Every excuse in the world to not finish a loan with someone with perfect credit.
From February to date loan paper work is still not done. Heavy slurring on the phone by Justin, brother made up bogus paper work from the net which was not necessary. Always lying and excuses. In meetings, multiple hedge fund change excuses, mom sick, car wreck, changed to multiple underwriter changes, had to go get anti-depressants from the doctor...threats even as well because they had not done the job.
Texts the are non-understandable. The slurring and excuses says a lot.
Went to the Mother company US Mortgage of Florida and told them and his boss and they did nothing. Went to another broker and done in 12 days.
7 months of helllllll and cost.
I guess brokers just pay the $300 to get a license and nothing about ethics. Pathetic.

She was never a client and this is nothing but garbage that someone actually would try to blow a career and family's livelihood over trying to rent a property their client did not get the loan for because of telling him in writing and let me preface this same person and her son I have in writing that they had all t he wrong Information and swore to the world I promised a 21 day closing when the agent and I jnew we needed as much time as possible do it had like 35 day closing and they confused it with commitment 21 day period. Such bad people and to think they own a recruiting firm and tell me how successful it is but cannot buy a home.
Ummm something doesn't seem right.
And is the credit okay that you put all your marbles in one basket that getting a different home was a problem. Criminal record is a good look too .

This guy is complete opposite. Something doesn't sound right.
He is always the only one who can gets out deals done and know him personally. He's never been a broker fyi.
I love reading haters like this. This is Justin.
Let me set the record straight. I am a lender and the realtor who is not the consumer who also was furious to hear this guy wrote this; he lied and sent them to his nephew and never stated other than my preferred lender. He denied them 2.5 months later. The seller said if you want to continue the buyer needs to out $5k hard so if it doesn’t close and if it does it will go towards the costs.
This guy calls me on a Sunday and I remember verbatim his fake personality and heard it in his shaky voice because he knew by sending to his farce lender he now is in a situation he’s not capable of mentally handling. So none the less, he called and said what’s happening knowing their 5k went hard that Tuesday. I said, firstly this doesn’t sound like the so nice Herard I been speaking to the whole time what’s the issue. Of course as always in the business the one who does it right is the fraud, just like the other one on this review who I closed and threatened my buyer everyday when no issues, and btw this one closed too so none the less he was mad because I was not approving them because I would not until I got the exact income from the employer which his nephew should have done day one not day 70 because numbers were so tight so because I was doing what was right I became the bad guy from doing the right thing.
He talked too much so I said listen don’t listen to me just look at all 300 reviews, and he said I did and accused me of buying reviews when their verified with Social Survey lol. I hung up because that’s gross and don’t give time to idiots. Sure enough next day here is this review. Ummm - this is all a lie, I didn’t lose them a penny, and they closed just like the lady who also was the second person on here.
It’s the agents in our business who have no experience who talk to soon and hence why you google them and 0 reviews. Please respond and tell me if any of this is a lie. I wish nothing but the best to everyone as always and anyone who knows me laughs at this. Including me.
I love each and every client and go to bat for them like no other and if I tell you your loan will close, it closes. It’s amazing how people don’t realize that things like this assuming they’re untrue which can be proved, can really break someone career and people have no respect for good people and their families wh could lose everything as if this was true and bashing them when I am the first to make sure something gets done. Total shame
