No paper

I have not been receiving my newspaper the last two Wednesdays. I am not very happy with my carrier.

After talking to a representative from the paper my issue was happily resolved. It just didnt have to go as far as it did if I could have talked to someone earlier

No paper

You can't even get a paper here once a week. Please discontinue my subscription. I am retired and need to cut costs anyway. The aggravation is not worth it on top of it. I don't need it..........what I get is old news.........mostly negative stuff. Please stop delivering (or, in this case, not delivering) and charging me for nothing.......E.G.

Delivery problem

The news paper is getting wet from my sprinklers. After I notified you of this, the next 2 delivers were actually tossed on top of my grass!! The paper has been wet for 2 weeks. If you could toss the paper forwards the center of the garage door that would be great. Otherwise, Im canceling.

BAD PRICING

I RECENTLY RECEIVED MY RENEWAL BILL FOR THE MODESTO BEE DAILY HOME DELIVERY AND IT HAD GONE UP OVER $100.00. BEING A SR. ON A FIXED INCOME, NEARLY $400 IS ENTIRELY TOO EXPENSIVE. MY RELATIVE WHO HAS THE SAME SERVICE OF HOME DELIVERY PAYS ONLY IN THE AREA OF $150.00. I CALLED THE BE TO CHECK THIS OUT AND WAS BRUSHED OF AS IF THEY DON'T CARE AND WOULD NOT NEGOTIATE OR TRANSFER ME TO SOME ONE WHO COULD. AFTER 20 + YEARS WITH THE BE, I WAS FORCED SADLY TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION. THEY DO NOT NEED OUR BUSINESS AND IN SO MANY WAYS, AND INDICATED SO. I WANTED THEM TO CALL ME BACK AND THEY RUDE LADY ON THE LINE FROM THE BEE, DECLINED AND SAID SHE HAD ALREADY CANCELLED THE RENEWAL. IF I HAD RAN MY PRIOR BUSINESS THIS WAY.......I WOULD HAVE BEEN OUT OF BUSINESS A LONG TOIME AGO.
