Poor/Bad management
I'm not a customer; rather, someone tried working/applying there but could not even get a hold of the manager of the location with his appointments. Robert (store manager)'s words hold little to no value.
After three attempts to meet online and in person, in the end, it came to no avail.
Being able to maintain your contact with your potential employee is crucial and a basic manner of professionalism, and yet he cannot even achieve that. For anyone who wants to try to work here, think again.
