Terrible experience in Rolling in the long term disability plan
Called five different times for my enrollment status into your long term disability plan. We sent an application and check 3 weeks ago. Our check has not cleared. We called Reliance standard for the status . No can tell us if they received our application. I am told Brenda Bowenger will call us back. Two - three tickets have been written, to date no one has phoned me back. Another ticket has been written to her today. Terrible customer service. I'm a very well cancel my check and application with this company This is all I have to say for now. This is all I have to say for now. This is all I have to say for now.
