Phone cover not received

Original order placed Nov 28th 2014. Got e-mail that it had been shipped Dec. 5, 2014. Item was not received. Sent e-mail to advise. No response. After several attempts at contacting them by email and by phone and a threat of contacting the BBB I got a phone call and was told it would be reordered and Expressed to me. Got e-mail that a shipping label had been assigned but the USPS had no record of item being shipped or received by them. Tried to contact the company again but no answer by phone. Sent e-mail again today 2/3/2015. Where do I go from here?
