Wants to charge your credit card

After agreeing on a price, giving them access to my account, and giving them some personal info to be able to access the account, they spring it on me that I have to link a credit card and let them charge booking fees to it. I also have to give them credit card verification details (last 4 numbers, ccv, etc) I ran as fast as I could from this company.

Funds were released and I was paid in full with a sincere apology.

Pissed Consumer is not letting me update or delete the original text, so I am updating here. I also changed it to a 5 star rating.

The Miles Market finally did what they said would do and I have now been paid in full with funds released and an apology. I thank The Miles Market for doing the right thing.

Original review Feb 20, 2019
I searched high and low to try to find a good miles broker to deal with. At first glance at looking at the reviews for The Miles Market, it looked all good. Now that I am having problems, I looked back at the reviews and realized that most of those reviews were written by "people" who had no other reviews except for the 1 positive one written for the miles market. I only wish I had seen that at the beginning. At first the experience started off good in working with Noa. Once he received access to my account, they then issued payment, and then held it. What he didn't disclose upfront is that if you have a new Paypal account (like I do) or if you have not sold products/services through PayPal before, you funds are held for 21 DAYS unless the sender of funds (Noa Miles of The Miles Market) marks the order as received since it is a virtual product. First he put in writing that he would mark the order as received to hasten the process for Paypal to release the funds. 24 hours later order not marked as promised. I emailed again. After 2 emails he then emails to say the he is on vacation (never gives a date of when he will return). So you had no problem gaining access to my account, sending a payment via Paypal while on vacation, but seemingly cannot login to Paypal again to mark the order as received as he promised he would. Now the next email is, it is against company policy to mark orders received even though you have full access to my account and can transfer the miles at any time. Total reversal in 48 hours. So I keep getting excuses rather than just doing what he said he would do from day 1. Be very wary of doing business with The Miles Market as they don't honor what they say they will do. They will hold your money for 21 days while they go on vacation rather than doing what they said they would do and offering good customer service by doing what's right instead of having people feel like they are getting ripped off. So I am doing what I said I would do after giving him 48 hours to make it right but receiving nothing but excuses and lies. I am posting on every possible site to warn others to find another company to do business with. Be mindful of multiple positive reviews written by people who only have 1 review and it is for The Miles Market. It is all fake.
