- - Two surgeons' opinions and a CT scan indicate the foot surgery was wrong.
- - I'm in pain and may need more surgery to remove the implant.

I had a foot surgery go wrong. I have 2 other opinions from experienced surgeons telling me what went wrong.
Why it must be fixed based on a C.T. scan. I called the firm that claims to have a strong win ratio. I spoke to an assistant who told me to call a different lawyer.
I call it the BUBBA system. Well the new guy said it was not worth the time because it would just be,HE said She said. I have proof and 2 opinions it is all wrong but it seems the large win ratio is only because they take what requires no work and can be easily won. Maybe he thinks it won't be a big payday?
Why was I referred out to a guy not interested? What happened to MIKE WINS! This is a slam dunk. I am in pain,have 2 opinions that my surgery was messed up and that I will need more painful work to remove the implant.
Shame on those involved as I look for somebody who will work and help get my money back,payment for new surgery and take their share. One big joke.
