The 32nd degree sash didn't have the rose on it
Nothing happen, just the rose wasn't on the 33nd degree sash.
Item Never Received
I placed an order with The Masonic Exchange which was never received. The item I ordered was supposedly in stock and I was informed I would receive a shipping confirmation email when it was shipped.
I patiently waited for one week before contacting them about my order. They informed me the item would be shipped in two weeks on a certain date. That date came and went without them shipping the item as promised. They never responded to my messages after that date.
This makes this store and the individual that owns it a thief and a liar. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed an official complaint. The Masonic Exchange ignored them as well.
The individual running this so-called store is a thief, a liar, and unscrupulous. Avoid doing any business with him at all costs.
Still waiting on my order
Didn't receive my order yet will be calling my lawyer will never order from this web site again
Dirt cheep
Orderd an apron and it took forever to get it. And when it did come the clasp on the belt was broken and the leather had dirt and fly *** all it.
The item is of very low quality all of the metal parts are made of white cast very brittle. I now know why it takes so long to get things from this outfit. All of the items are orderd from Pacastan as the orders come in.
After reading the other reviews I didn't bother calling them just stay clear of this garbage brothers. I can get this on Ebay for nearly nothing.
Absolutely Unprofessional
I purchased an apron from The Masonic Exchange and I was sent a damaged product two weeks later. I had to return the item, and was then told that a new one would be sent to me in a week.
I waited over a week, and received nothing, not even an email or a phone call. I spoke to "the supervisor" and was told that they didn't even know I sent it back and they were going to send it out "asap". I waited over two more weeks and did not receive anything. When I called them back, the same person said that he had no more left and was waiting for more to come in the mail.
He then assured me that I would have it in a week. I waited over another week, still nothing. I called back, they told me to wait another week, still nothing. I finally waited almost two months for my item and they STILL didn't have it in stock.
Unbelievable. I had to cancel and get my money back. So unprofessional, I'm sorry I wasted my money and time on this website.
The man's name is Issac and he might be the only person who works there from what I've experienced. I will never shop here again, nor will I recommend it to anyone else.
Preferred solution: Full refund
Items not delivered
On May 12, 2014 I ordered 22 Gold Color BIG 1"MASONIC LAPEL PIN TIE TACK LOGO FREEMASON FREE MASON MASONRY SHRINER from Amazon Marketplace Seller, The Masonic Exchange, LLC. The package was sent to my Shipping Address in Miramar, Florida. I do not reside in the USA and therefore I only received the package personally on Monday, June 9, 2014 after arriving in the USA. Upon receiving and opening the package, I discovered that only one pin was included in the package albeit the packing slip indicated that all 22 were inside. I immediately contacted Amazon to report the problem. The representative indicated that they would contact the seller about the matter. I indicated that I would have been leaving the USA on Saturday and that I would need to receive the items by Friday, June 13 or I would no longer be interested in the items. The seller acknowledged that the items were not sent, but refused to pay for expedited shipping. Consequently, I did not receive the items prior to my departure from the USA, and as such I was no longer interested in the items and I requested that the seller refund my credit card for the 21 items that I did not receive. The seller refused to give me a refund.
Fortunately after making a full complaint to Amazon they refunded my money.
This has been a horrible experience, which is truly unfortunate as I was satisfied the first time that I did business with them and had intended on making many more purchases with them. I actually wanted 50 pins at the time the order was made, but only 22 was available. I will not order anything more from them!
The Masonic Exchange Sticker Review
I ordered a large square and compass sticker and beer received a confirmation email. I left a comment on the website asking why this happened.
I then received the package, only to find a large Cummins Diesel sticker.
I called the Masonic exchange number and left 2 voicemails and haven't received a call back. Disgusting.
$700 ring falling apart
despite the no return after 1 month policy, they replied quickly and offered to send a new ring in exchange for the old one. I would erase my complaint, but I don\'t think this site will let me.
Bought $700 ring and months later it is fracturing all over and chips falling off. I took it to a jeweler for repairs and he pointed out fracture lines all over the ring and said it's a bad casting and there's nothing they can do for bad gold.
I came back here only to realize there are no returns after 30 days!
I'm sure the reason being that 30 days is not long enough for even the junkiest rings to fall apart. My suggestion is to beware of masonic exchange; they are way overcharging for cheaply made junk.
Masonic Exchange great service
I phoned Masonic Exchange 9/26/2012 see if I could get two watches that I needed by October 17,2012. There was no one in the office so I left a message.
Then I decided that to save time I would place the order on line. I later got an automated Email thanking me for my order but, the arrival date was later than when I needed them. The next day before I could call the company I had an Email from gentleman named Greg saying that he heard my phone message and would ship the watches that day. It is now October 1st and I have them in my hands and they are exactly what I ordered.
That's why this company is rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau.
Not sure who posted the other comments but they would not sign their names. B.Schweigert
Money taken, nothing delivered.
I sent The Masonic Exchange nearly US$300 three months ago and despite several e-mails, I have yet to receive a reply or the ring I ordered. I would urge any masonic brethren to avoid this company and to spread word of how poorly they treat their customers. They are a disgrace, and having read several of the other complaints about this company on various websites, I very much suspect the ring, if it ever arrives, will be of very poor quality and bear little or no resemblance to the picture of the ring shown on the online catalogue.
Ring Ordered, but never delivered.
After viewing the Masonic Exchange website (masonicexchange.com) I decided on, and ordered, a $350+ ring. My credit card was charged two months ago.
The delivery date has come and gone and the ring still has not been delivered. I have tried several times to e-mail and fax them for information into the where abouts of the ring and have not heard a thing from them! All attempts to contact them have been returned with silence. I could understand delays in manufacturing this, but ignoring all customer communication is unprofessional.
This is an unethical business in my view.
I highly recommend you take your business somewhere else...
Ring Cheaply Made and Costly!
Purchased a ring from this website 6 months ago at a cost of over $500. It took over 3 months for the ring to be shipped to me.
I am furious that the ring is like a crackerjack box ring in comparison to quality. The image on the website has a ring that apears to be of high quality, whereas this ring is very thin. Upon seeking help from a Jewelry store about the quality of this ring I discovered the stone is actually a synthetic acrylic similar to plastic. An expensive masonic ring look-a-like that I will likely never wear.
This company in my opinion has been an extreme disapointment.

It's a good business in my opinion. I tried to delete the comment and it doesn't let you do that. That is why there was a follow up comment explaining.
