The Market at Grelen - Furniture Purchase Review from Charlottesville, Virginia

Refused to take Amex for a $1156 furniture purchase. The manager Stated the fees too high. Unbelievable. When told I would return the following day with truck and another form of payment the Head manager told me they would be closed. I tried calling to speak to the owner several times and she never returned my call. I never got the tables and chairs. Perhaps they should rethink the no amex policy. They could have paid the fees with the profits of my sale. The items are not inexpensive! I will never return and I have made sure to mention it to my friends. Service is the key to good business in small towns. They have not learned that. Go somewhere else.
