Horrible communication. I didn't get what I paid for then got an attitude from the front desk which is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I would not recommend to another guest but I do respect the nice view and settings of your build. I'm a gold member client

Listen I order a penthouse I get there they give me a booty room on the 6th floor. If I knew they didn't have a penthouse I wouldn't have drove 40mins to a place for 6th which I could of gotten at another hotel for cheaper and same view

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

I specifically told and call the from desk and said hey I want a penthouse there excuse is they just hired a new person which the new person told me there was a penthouse available. If not I would of bookd else where not only I bookd the room think they would waive my parking fee they didn't place me in room 615 and said oh well there computer data base doesn't show exact rooms where I travel thr world and I'm a gold member and I know it's a lie Hampton in can pint point all there room available and marriot as well plenty of other hotels can pint point what rooms are available I didn't get the lady's name started with a L she seem very tall with glasses and looks like she's in her mid 50s.

All I'm saying is if I'm paying for there salary at least be nice to me n b honest and say no penthouse available and waive my parking or give me a free room for another night that's all.
