Today I received an arrangement of 3 doz roses as a gift for a very special occasion from a loved one. Roses are mostly all open, and not fresh

- Vendor was rude, claiming a different variety.
- They didn't last 3 days, spoiling a special occasion.
No response from them at all, to my call or emails!

They will not last long. When I called to let them know, I was told very rudely that this is a different variety of roses and is delivered open.
He was not willing to listen and did not care.
Do not waste your money with this vendor. Today is Tuesday and the flowers did not even last 3 days!
Had a negative impact on such a special occasion.
Just the fact that I took time out of my day to write this review should be enough.
