My visit to the Cabaret show in Holborn on 27 December.
The booking explicitly included bubbles on arrival. This element of the experience was not delivered.

Our assigned waitress, did not provide the welcome drinks.
After waiting, I raised the issue on the evening with a member of management in the cloakroom area as well as with a member of the security team. I was informed that the omission was due to the waitress forgetting. Despite this being acknohwledged on the night, no corrective action or alternative solution was offered.
As this was a special evening for my mother, the situation was disappointing and uncomfortable, and it detracted from what should have been a well-organised and premium experience.

The welcome drink was not a minor detail but a clear part of what was advertised and paid for.
When drink was deliver by waitress
I am concerned not only by the initial failure, but also by the lack of follow-up once the issue was raised on-site. I would expect a venue of this standard to address such matters promptly and professionally.
I am requesting that this complaint be reviewed at management level and that appropriate compensation or a goodwill gesture be offered in recognition of the failure to deliver part of the booked experience.
