Feel I should have received full compensation fii out r my stay reservation at JHL, the lodge did give me two days of refunds, but I still believ they still owe me two more days of refunds

I ask the lodge at Jackson hole for their emergency policy, went on death eyes, due to am emergency detached retina surgery, two days after I found out about my eye, o found out 11 hours before we were going to the airport, found out on the 13 th of May, at 6:00 pm after out visit with Dr Brown. Our flight to Jackson Hole was the 14th of May at 9:00 am.

Our transportation to air port was at 5:30 am on the 14th of May 2025. I cancelled our .

Found out on May 13, 2025 I have a detachment retina, our flight was 10 to 11 hours after o found out at 6:00 pm for my flight the next day. I could not give a two-day notice.

I had the emergency surgery on May 15, 2025, The surgeon emphasized no flying, due to a possibility of losing my vision in my left eye, I told Expedia and the lodge I want a total 4 night refund or keep my payment of $ 1034 and when I recover we will rebook for lodging at JHL..

the lodge did refund 2 days, I just found out, the lodge seemed more interested in money than my possibility of losing my eye. I did manage to pass on to JHL about two days of credit fpr rebooking the same trip, what bothered me is two things, no compassion and not returning to my emails, I will not give up !
