Complaint for the hidden damages in the Car.
1.The Plaintiff in need a car approached various Car Dealers to purchase a car. The Honda Pickering made a Firm Proposal to Sale BMW km for .with the Loan of $..
2.The Defendant # 2 Mr Hilton called with the reference of the Plaintiffs online request.
Mr. Hilton convinced Plaintiff to cancel the Deal with Honda Pickering. He persuaded to enter into Sale Agreement for the BMW 2017 SUV on 2022 for $... with a Loan Amount of $...
3.Mr Hilton provided No Accident Claim Documents and assured for the Roadworthiness of the Car with a Test Drive to the satisfaction of Plaintiff.
4.After 2 days of Purchase there was indication of Low Tire.
The Plaintiff got Air from Mr Lube, who informed that there is no puncture, but the Rim is damage, the Air is leaking from the Rim.
5.Due to continuous Indication of Low Tire the Plaintiff visited Loan Arrangers Office and discussed the problem with Mr Hilton. Mr. Hilton Called Loan Arrangers designated Tire Shop of Mr. Joe.
Who gave the appointment after 2 days on .. 2022. Mr. Joe provided Air and removed the sign of Tire Low.
6.On 2022 again the Sign of Tire Low came on Dashboard, with the consent of Mr Hilton the Defendant got the car inspected and checked by Whitby BMW Workshop.
They diagnosed strong accident of car with some curb and Rim Bent badly effecting lot of other internal defects and damages in the Car. They advised to involve Insurance Co to claim damages. They charged $1,500, which I paid to them and handed over the Plaintiff an estimate of $15,000. BMW advised not to drive over 60 km per hour until the compete repairs.
7.The Plaintiff became upset and immediately reported the damages and gave a copy of Estimate of BMW to Mr Hilton at the office of The Loan Arrangers, who advised not to go for Insurance Claim and gave the instructions to Mr Joe, the Tire Repair Shop to do the needful.
Mr Joe worked on the vehicle around 3 hours and confirmed the damage of Rim and other because of Strong Hit with Curb. Mr Joe recommended another Specialist Tire Shop City Mega Tire They charged $ 300 and got disappeared the Sign of Low Tire.
8.After a month again the sign of Low Tire Appeared. The Plaintiff arranged to fill the Air from Mr Lube. The Plaintiff asked Mr Hilton either sale or return the Car.
Mr Hilton Showed anther BMW 2018 SUV and promised to exchange. Thereafter Mr Hilton avoided my phone calls and massages.
9.I visited to Mr Joe, the designated Tire Repairer, who filled the Air and said he cant do anything. I went to office of The Loan Arrangers, Mr Hilton was not in the office. The Plaintiff left a handwritten massage for remembering his promise to exchange the Car.
10.In response to my detailed Text Massage Mr.
Hilton called me and rudely informed that he is not in position to help me. He also told that if Plaintiff desires to sue, he should go ahead.
11.One Mr Francis from Approved Store of Dealership called the Plaintiff and booked an appointment to help to settle the matter with The Loan Arrangers. The Plaintiff conveyed the proposal of Mr Francis to Defendant Hilton.
I met Mr Francis, who informed me he cant help.
12.The Plaintiff kept updated Mr Hilton. Who was not ready to entertain Plaintiff.

Sold a car that wasn’t SAFE to buy let alone drive
Bought 2015 Altima dec 18 2021 and an hour later master window switch was fried. Engine light on as well.
Blamed gas cap which wasnt the issue. April 28th I take it to my mechanic for window switch and my winter tires removed and I get a call from my mechanic pulling it off the road deeming it un road worthy due to a cracked lower control arm. My mechanic goes over car and it needed 2700 bucks in repairs. Was told by the EXPERT it was impossible for that crack to have happened within the 3.5 months I owned this.
This has escalated beyond threatening, bullying and plain disregard for their customers. Contract means nothing to them CLEARLY. Chris Ball is the WORST and most ignorant man Ive ever met. Clearly bullies women around too.
My biggest mistake ever. MTO is a joke too, omvic involved and now court case as I REFUSE to let this place get away with this.
Stay far AWAY. Nothing but liers frauds and FAKES.

Great
Great experience. They worked hard to get me the truck I wanted AND at half the interest rate I had on the car I traded in.
They also filled the tank and refilled it when we had to go back to them a few days later when a faulty gas cap caused the engine light to come on and at no charge they are getting it replaced.
Even let us have it mailed to us instead of us having to make another trip to get it. So far they have done everything I have asked if them.

Horrible
Purchased a 2010 Dodge Ram. Had issues from day of purchase with alignment and a/c.
It was supposedly fixed by their mechanic. Have had vehicle a year. Cv joints went. Brakes and pads, alignment.
Oil leaking. Gaskets...etc...etc. Significant body rust. Hole in rocker panel.
Now not driveable.
We had to get our own carfax and although it shows no accidents...truck was a fleet vehicle and had a significant amount of work when loan arranger secured it and visible paint job. We made a HUGE mistake purchasing from The Loan Arranger.
Pleasant Idiots
The Loan Arranger folks don’t do what they say. Seek to suck you in and then get you into an over-priced piece of crap. Mitchelle is very pleasant but these guys are a pawn shop for cars.
Wear a steel plate over your *** if you choose to deal with them.

my Experience is with LOAN ARRANGER SCARBOROUGH LOCATION. for the love of God STAY AWAY from this place if you can!Bought a used car that has given me so much problem since the day I got it, the day I drove off from the dealership, the transmission broke down not even 20 min after I drove the car, a month after ABS system broke down and a whole lot more broke down after that.I have spent thousands of dollars for repairs on this car.the last straw for me was about a month ago, when the car decided to stall on me while driving on the highway.recently I decided to just get a new car instead of risking me and my family's life on this car, take note I still have a year left to pay for the car so it's just sitting in the driveway and I'm still paying for its monthly financing .and just today I received a phone call saying that I need to get insurance for the car even if I'm not using the car. these people will sell you a *** car they just want to take your money and leave you with a pile of junk I can't recall how many times I had to bring in the car less than a month after purchasing it.

My husband and i bought a equinox through the loan arranger 3 years ago this past dec the motor went we replaced it then in aug the motor went again ...when we called to see how many payments were left he was told we shouldnt have replaced the motor cause it wasnt our car now we have 3 more payments on a car we can not drive ....i will never tell people about the loan arranger

Fraudulent documents
This dealer has NO morals, values or ethics. They are not above producing fraudulent documents and contracts or forging your signature them.
Lies....wow!! BEWARE!!!!! I have never encounter such dishonesty in my life. I have filed complaints with the BBB, OMVIC, Ministry of Transporation, Ministry of Consumers protection.
TD financial, The Oshawa Police department, RCMP the list just continues on. This has been going on since April 2013 when I discovered the fraudulent documents, 3 to be extact and forging my signature on 2 of them. I have discovered a frauduent safety standard cerificate was submitted to the Ministry of Transporation. All of these are in the process of being investigated.
Next step Civil Court. This dealership is out to make money at any cost. They will ***.
Please do your research and take my experience and words to heart.
