I was 10 mins late for appointment due to traffic and roadworks. I called twice to let them know but nobody answered when we got there 2 receptionists behind desk one was talking to a customer and the other never lifted her head to acknowledge me.
Then I was told to wait while she saw orthodontist to see if I could still have apt because I was late The answer was no I said Id wait but to no avail. Driving through traffic from Huyton to town centre at 7 45 am. I took morning off work to take my niece for her apt Yes it was my fault I was late but these things happen. Just like countless times Ive been early or on time and been told theyre running behind So I d waited patiently I think staff should be taught to acknowledge customers and give a little time for lateness.
Im absolutely disgusted with their policy.
I would never refer anyone here. Your company needs to do better and think more of customers

AWFUL EXPERIENCE

I don't normally leave reviews good or bad but on this occasion feel like i have to. Had an awful experience here with a really rude receptionist who is in need of some customer care training.
They cancel your appointment if you are 5 mins late and i could go on and on but please take notice of the reviews.
I have now gone elsewhere as the service here is awful. BEWARE!

My appointment was cancelled
- - 22 June 2019 appointment was cancelled without a call after late arrival.
- - On-time arrivals wait 5 to 10 minutes.
- - Daughter misses lessons for braces.
On 22 June 2019 I had appointment for the braces of my daughter. I was five min late and they cancelled my appointment without calling me.
But when youbare on time they let you wait five or ten minutes. They think they have the right. MY daughter has to leave lessons to attend the brace appointments. They said the girl who will take care of my daughter was out for lunch.
So why do you give appointment on 12:15. They have no customer satisfaction service.
Not acting like a private clinic. Find another dental clinic for orthodontic treatment which is much more focused on customer satiscation.
