AWFUL EXPERIENCE
I don't normally leave reviews good or bad but on this occasion feel like i have to. Had an awful experience here with a really rude receptionist who is in need of some customer care training. They cancel your appointment if you are 5 mins late and i could go on and on but please take notice of the reviews. I have now gone elsewhere as the service here is awful. BEWARE!

My appointment was cancelled
On 22 June 2019 I had appointment for the braces of my daughter. I was five min late and they cancelled my appointment without calling me. But when youbare on time they let you wait five or ten minutes. They think they have the right. MY daughter has to leave lessons to attend the brace appointments. They said the girl who will take care of my daughter was out for lunch. So why do you give appointment on 12:15. They have no customer satisfaction service. Not acting like a private clinic. Find another dental clinic for orthodontic treatment which is much more focused on customer satiscation.
