I received two Lifestyle gift vouchers as a gift. I was able to redeem one voucher successfully, but I cannot redeem the second one.
The app says I need to contact customer care because further information is required to activate the voucher.
Im not sure why this is happening, and I have been trying to reach your support without success. Could you please look into this issue and help me activate my second voucher?
