If you love smoking outside, especially cannabis, this is the place for you! If you are a non-smoker, have children, or worry about the harmful effects of secondary smoke, please stay away! This is an old place and if your neighbor smokes, it WILL come into your home...

- Will not enforce the lease and you may need a lawyer

I would like them to abide by and enforce the terms and conditions of the lease agreement
