Child on my account that is not mine

My child is no longer attending a learning experience since May 2022. my account is still active and theres a child who is not mine currently on it.

I still receive notifications every day on the app of a child who is not mine.

I even have an email from The Learning Experience saying that my account is no longer active but it definitely is. please have someone call me 631-839-****

Preferred solution: Would like the child that is not mine removed from my account and my account closed like it should’ve been back in May 2022
