Do your homework before you hire this Attorney
- - Promised motions but filings were incomplete and hearings not held.
- - I paid and later hired another attorney for incomplete work.
Please be careful before you hire this attorney. She will tell you she will file motions for you and then on the day of the hearing you will find out she has only done half the paperwork, and the motion is not even heard.
This happened to me twice, and the Judge didn't hear the requests, but I still had to pay her. After the last hearing she told me they were unreasonable requests anyway so the Judge wouldn't have granted them anyway. I don't understand why you would suggest to file a motion that you knew would be rejected. Did she just need the money???
What was really odd to me is my soon to be ex spouse is in Pro Per and is showing up to court with better paperwork than this so called Attorney produced. Be careful before pay her money.
I had to go hire another Attorney to finish up my case, after she did nothing for a year until she filed a incomplete motion. I hope this information will help someone, and not making the same mistake I did.

- - I paid over $5,000 to Ronda Middleton Family Law and lost custody.
- - Garnishments, driver's license suspension; there were no time records.
After paying Ronda Middleton Family Law over five thousand dollars to handle my custody case and child support matter I ended not only losing custody of my daughter but also i am now on the hook for garnishments, driver's license suspension and probably i will never be able to get a passport. all due to the greed, incompetance and arrogance of ronda middleton who is mostly interested in lining her own pockets with her clients trust fund money to pay for her own mistakes.
middleton will not return my phone calls and she will not return the trust money I gave her to work on my case. no billings were received and no accounting for time spent.
Ms middleton: is that cause you did not do anything on my case? or are you too lazy to produce any time records showing what you did?
Most likely you did nothing except take my money. Did you charge me for the time you were sleeping on the bench outside room 61 and the opposing attorney had to wake you up for the hearing? Did you charge me for the forms that were filled out wrong and the court rejected them?
Why don't you reimburse me for my time and fuel to go to your office eight times and you were not there?
Just give me my money back. You are such mess I seriously doubt you will ever be at peace with your personal life but to take me for a ride is not acceptable.
I could file a state bar complaint but if they yank your license you will be even more broke and will never pay me back.
Just to let you know the judge and my new attorney will get me a new trial but i lose all my months in arrears.

Interesting that the slander/libel lawsuit that was filed by Ronda Middleton had yet to be heard. You would think that she could prove he case in a court of law.
She claims to be a competent attorney, and then at the same time cannot seem to complete her own simple case of slander.
Or is it that she just gave up on it?
The case is still open, and only a jury can decide if she really is as bad as her prior clients/colleages say. Unrebutted, I will have to take them at face value.
Not a good idea to get a referral from that network. Better to talk to someone who has personal knowledge of the individual. Hope you have solved your problem and hope your boyfriend can get his money back.
She did the same thing to us. I met her at Team Referral Network.
Gave her a referral of my boyfriend who was going through a divorce. She literally took his money and did nothing. Never returned phone calls, we couldn't get a hold of her. They had a set court date and a week prior she tries to get more money from him and change the terms of their contract.
He obviously didn't give her any money because we gave her $2600 and she didn't do anything. To add insult to injury, she hit on my man.
Tried to get him to take her out for drinks. She has no ethics and is completely unprofessional.
I was cleaning out the portables in back of the courthouse where there was repair work being done--- sure enough it was Ronda Middleton puking her guts out from a night of binge drinking. What a mess--- had to get my crew to clean up that one!!

Please be advised that these posting are lies. I have absolute proof that these clients are not entitled to a refund of any fees paid. My retainer agreement states " fees are earned when received and are non-refundable"
I do not owe a duty to these clients as I have fulfilled my obligation to them by appearing in court on their behalf. The following clause is in my retainer agreement "the outcome of any case cannot be guaranteed". That means that if you lose you case, you are just out of luck. Don't blame me, your case was probably worthless to begin with.

We checked the ISP address and sure enough Ronda Middleton hired a company to create totally bogus websites that give the impression that people reviewed her services and registered a favorable impression. All these websites are controlled by a criminal enterprise and are fabricated to mislead the public. The ratings are computer generated - no people can log into them.
Just shows how far MIDDLETON will go to hide her unethical conduct!
Ms. Middleton has now resorted to a desperate attempt to suppress TRUTHFUL commentary on her professional conduct and how she treats her clients. She has now hired a company "reputation samurai" owned by an ex-*** by the name of Joseph Infante. Their sole purpose is to but up bogus websites that show "ronda middleton - no complaints"
This is an attempt to stop her long list of unhappy clients from making this information public.
This is proof that middleton will do anything possible to stop this information from being made public. The state bar filings against her will be make available in a PDF file as they are released.
Ms Middleton, being an attorney should know that preventing the publication of information is a violation of the first amendment and will not be tolerated by the courts. Ms Middleton is just digging herself into a deeper hole by her futile attempt at prior restraint of FREE SPEECH.

The person (and it is probably just one person) that is writing these hurtful messages on so many sites is most likely a bad guy that has been on the receiving end of her justice.

Ronda Middleton is basically a very greedy woman who is more interested in lining her own pockets with her clients money and not really interested in helping people with family law problems.
she spends her time on useless and frivolous motions that usually get rejected by the courts. then sleeps during the trials and loses her cases for lack of preparation.
I would be very careful before hiring her for any serious matter.
I have had several occasions to be involved with Ms Middleton and I have found her to be an untrustworthy and incompetent person, mostly interested in getting her money and not particularly able to file properly with the courts and it is common to see her in court appologizing for late filings, improperly prepared documents and erroneous and useless motions that typically get rejected.
