When I terminated Mr. Fernandez as my legal counsel and he threatened me physically and further threatened to assert a large lien on my case to make not other attorney take my personal injury case. Fernandez in person as had just completed litigation in out of the area for a slip and fall and garnered $170,000 against 7-11. I fell for his online marketing campaign but later when I tried to meet with him in person, and stop by his office, it was nothing more than a letter box at the UPS store in Huntington Beach.
Preferred solution: Remove fraudulent lien from my personal injury claim and defamatory and childish comments from my client file
