Can't reach customer service
- - Washer stopped in December and is under warranty.
- - I’ve repeatedly tried to fix or replace it, but no response.
- - Voicemail is full; emails go unanswered.
They still haven't gotten back to me yet.
My washer stopped working in December and is in warranty, so I have reached out REPEATEDLY to try and get it fixed or replaced, but I never get a response. The number on the site sends you to a voicemail box that is full, and I got no reply at all when I sent a letter. I have sent multiple emails, tried using the contact form on the site and the chat/ have a question which is supposed to get back to you in a few hours and I still have heard nothing at all!!!

Please understand that I am not complaining about the product and just want someone to give me information about it before I purchase it as a gift. I am not complaining about The Laundry Alternative Company. I purchased another product of theirs and it is still giving excellent service, so please pardon the "Pissed-off" review as a complaint.Thank you.
