Great Instructors, but bad business people.

Ive called multiple people (different locations & states), but no help. Ive even emailed a lot of folks (including big bosses), & yet.. NOTHING!
Just because Im being blown off, ignored, & sidelined for $250.. I do hope & pray you get all of your money back, & sooner than later..
After all.. it isnt as if they dont have the money to repay us ( especially for the prices of their fees & merchandise)..
But, its actually our money they need to be repaying, refunding to us!!.. I wont speak bad of them, but I also wont be referring anyone else to them!!

Verified ReviewerEveryone Don’t Go By The Same Policy!
- - Paid $500 for a six-week challenge; win = refund, else 50% forfeited.

I took the six week challenge in the beginning of 2021. I was told to put down a $500 deposit for the challenge.
It was explained to me. If, I win the challenge, it will be refunded back to me, but if not. Ill loose half of my money. Well, at the end of the six weeks.
I was short of the goal. My then options were to get the remaining half of the money refunded back into my account, or it can go towards a membership. I selected the membership. Unfortunately, my health took a turn for the worst, & I wasn't able to make it.
Thinking, my money was safe with them. I allowed it to stay there. Things are still going the wrong way. So, I decided to just get my $250 back.
To my surprise. I'm told, my money was forfeited, & I can not get anything back, & the *New* manager is sorry for the miscommunication & confusion! She said, due to the fact. That nothing was done with the money.
It's just gone! WHAT! If nothing was done with it. Shouldn't it still be available for me?..
I was so happy with this place. I bought a punching bag from them for $250. If I knew my money was going to be stole from me. I wouldve just used the remaining $250 from the challenge for the bag.
But, I actually thought my money was safe where it at the time. Now, all I have are regrets!

Fort Worth location Closing
- - I joined the Fort Worth six week challenge and loved classes.
- - The location closed before I finished.
- - I was on track to get $399 back; refunds pending.
I joined the six week challenge at the Fort Worth location. I loved the classes and instructors.
However, they closed before my challenge was over. I was on track to earn my $399 back by meeting my goals. I have been requesting information on a refund and the owner has still not really responded except that it was under consideration a few weeks ago. I do not know how to proceed from here because all I have is the email address that really gets me nowhere.
I cannot join another gym until I get my money back that I am rightfully owed. Any help contacting Kevin Smith the owner would be appreciated.
I have been very patient and trying to work it out with him but three weeks without much response is too long. As a small business owner I know this is not proper customer service or communication.
Bunch of Frauds

They just blatantly ignore my emails or refund request or don't give me the reason why they are holding my money.
KickHouse Chantilly is a fraud company in 4090 Airline Pkwy Suite k, Chantilly, VA 20151.Never join this place listening to ont fall for their baitDDThey advertised that its a free challenge they are doing but when I showed up they said that I have to pay 500 $ and if I complete my challenge after 6 weeks ,I will get my money back.And if I dont complete my challenge they will put my money towards monthly membership.(This last line is not written in the contract but they said thats a special offer) .I will be assigned an accountability coach,a diet chart,meal plans etc. I mentioned them I stay far so I am not sure if I can continue long term membership.They mentioned You will get your money back after 6 weeks.I was curious and asked them how to they make profit.They said we are a new company so we want social media exposure o you check in put few hashtags every class you do and people love the service here and they chose to stay.so win win for them. After I swiped my credit card,BOOM.No one cares about anything,They didnt even check if I finished the challenge or not.

After the phone conversation with the new Kickhouse manager. I received an email with a partial receipt from Kickhouse.
Considering, it only shows the first $250. That was deducted from my account, & not the other transactions. I say it’s a partial receipt! Now, I feel like this new manager is doing to much, but at the same time..
Don’t exactly know what she is doing. This a turning the positive way I feel for Kickhouse Creve Coeur in the opposite direction !!
