we bought a home in california. Unfortunately, we had a bad realtor who dealt with the seller of our "new Home". Patricia Clark lied and said she was a licensed realtor. She even had the balls to type it on a disclosure. She did all kinds of bad things..didnt clean the house, left dirty, including her piles of dog *** in the yard. Threatened to call the police if we moved in before she got her escrow check. (this is before we found out how she left the place) Made our 8 movers, me, my 4 yrd old daughter, my dog stand outside for 9 hours in 104 degrees with the huge moving truck. Made one of the worker miss his Oakland Raiders game. At the walk thru, she wasnt even moved out. Conned us out of more money, wanted to see our credit report?? After some investigating, I find she is not a realtor, but a liar and a cheat..so watch out
