I SPENT 20 MINUTES LISTENING TOD YOUR ROTATING MENU OPTIONS, TRYING TO SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON. I NEVER DID GET THROUGH TO ANYONE. YOU NEED TO PUT THE OPTION UP FRONT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ABOUT ISSUES THAT CAN'T BE RESOLVED ON YOUR WEBSITE.

VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
