The John Stewart Co's President and CEO, Jack Gardner, fraudulently overcharges DISABLED RESIDENT nearly 70% of only source of income of SSI. Despite decades of administering the Federal HUD (LIHTC) and State (TCAC) low-income-housing programs, Jack Gardner, purposely and forcibly overcharges DISABLED RESIDENT 70% of rent, while the programs regulate not more than 30% for extreme-low-income and DISABLED RESIDENT.
Jack Gardner's fraudulent overcharges cause DISABLED RESIDENT "shortage of food" and unable to pay for necessities.

The John Stewart Company is a rip-off management company, cover up crimes and criminals, and conceal surveillance photos of criminal activities. The company's policy is: profit comes FIRST, property value comes SECOND, cover up criminals and conceal surveillance photos come THIRD, residents' rights and safety come LAST AND LEAST.
The company has violated Federal low-income housing tax credit program, California Fair Housing Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Unlawful Detainer, Invasion of Privacy, forcibly eviction without good cause, and its own house rules.
It will not help residents who has been aggravately assaulted and battered. Instead, it helps criminals covering up crimes and conceal surveillance photos.

The John Stewart Company in San Francisco manages low-income housing is supposed to assist the disadvantaged group being in the profitable business. But it is hostile, harassing, and persecuting the residents. Its policy is PROFIT FIRST and RESIDENTS' RIGHTS AND SAFETY LAST.

my physical and mental health has diminished greatly. Subjected to mold exposure throughout Christmas, Illegal entry by prop. managers and maintence many times. Property management truly dont care about the tenants.
The non resident- residents have ease of access to property without any repercussions. They steal from tenants and damage the property. The leased residents suffer and hold all responsibility while non leased residents(couch surfers and uninvited parties) enjoy all that the property has to offer. They come and go as they please and have no respect for the property or the tenants on contract.
Management takes no responsibility in tenants security, theft, or anything else. Like it or leave it policy.
I was assaulted and battered by criminals illegally living in the low-income apartment complex managed by The John Stewart Company. The company covers up criminals and conceals surveillance photos refusing to submit the photos to police and court for prosecution.
The company has violated the Federal Low-Income Tax Credit and California programs by "eviction of disabled without good cause", and forcibly charging 63% of rent on disabled resident while it is regulated at 30%.
